Cricklewood Ward - Updates |
||
|
Dear Resident,
We would like to share a positive update regarding ongoing policing activity within the Cricklewood ward.
Our officers continue to conduct regular high-visibility patrols, stop and search activity where appropriate, and ongoing community engagement. These proactive measures are aimed at preventing crime, increasing reassurance, and responding to community concerns.
Today, while out on patrol, PC David Kett, helped by PCSO Jonathan FREEDMAN, conducted a stop and search which resulted in an arrest for immigration-related offences, specifically working without permission in the UK. This outcome reflects the professionalism and dedication of our officers in carrying out their duties diligently on every single engagement.
As we approach the Jewish festival of Chanukah and the Christmas season, there will be periods where officers are abstracted from daily duties to support events, as well as being affected by annual leave. Despite this, Cricklewood ward remains a priority, and we will continue to maintain patrols and respond to incidents as effectively as possible.
We encourage residents to continue sharing information with us and to report anything that may be of concern. Your cooperation and communication play an important role in keeping the community safe.
Thank you for your continued support, and we wish everyone a safe and peaceful festive period.
